Electro hydraulic clam shell grab is mainly designed for handling of bulk materials in blocks, particles and irregular shapes, such as coke, pig iron, steel scrap, slag, garbage and rock etc. On standard models a solenoid directional valve ensures the grabs opens and closes quickly and smoothly. If required, grabs can be modified to operate by means of reversed motor rotation.
